Andrea, JWBL is quite peaty for a blended Scotch so you are going to need a strong, spicy cigar to go with it. Non-cuban I would suggest an Opus X like the Super Belicosos for a Cuban cigar Partagas, a Serie D No. 4 would be an excellent choice.
Hang on tightly, let go lightly

I have enjoyed Johnie Walker Blue on many an occasion as Shortsqueeze has said a strong cigar is in order with this particular drink. Non Cuban Tatuajue comes to mind Conjou 2003 or 2006. Cuban Bolivar Belicosos Finos .
