That you have cooked yourself...

I am sure this has been done before, but what is your favorite meal that you have cooked at your home.

Mine would be Jack Daniels steaks. NY Strip, Brown Sugar and Mr. Jack. Grilled bread, baked potato and spinach salad with bacon and balsamic.

People seem to like my spaghetti al tonno -- pasta with tuna sauce. A regional favorite.

Steamed Alaskan snow crab, grilled Maine lobster, and pan seared sea scallops, with new potatoes and a strong and proper beer.

Now THAT's good heaven. Smile

Lobster in the shell, bacon wrapped scallops on pear slices and a maple syrup pork loin.

Jesus that was f*cking tasty.

Had a few bottles of oaky white to go with it.

Food is not a necessity it is a luxury.

I don't cook - except pork bbq on skewers. People say it's so yummy you may mistakenly eat your fingers with it. No sauce needed (and actually, it is rarely served).

Otherwise, I love seafood...

Another of my favorites is my BBQ spare ribs.

Homemade BBQ sauce, cooked low and slow. Sweet Potato french fries, coleslaw, fried pickles, biscuits with cream cheese and hot pepper jelly, and a cold pale ale.

Man this thread is making me hungry.

Cab,

You just made me want to fake sick so I could go home and do that.

Its only 9:30 here but a cold red stripe sounds good.

You doing the tatooing or being tatooed?

Made my current favorite last night. A chicken lasagna with an alfredo sauce and with lots of prosciutto mixed in. A Guiness would have been great too, but I was sipping SoCo instead.

Omelets are the only thing I make really well. I make one with taylor ham, cheese, onions, and peppers that is really good. My other favorite is with lox and onions.
