I wonder if anyone has any recommendations? Off to Brussels soon and wonder if there are some good cigar places from which to purchase?

Although I live in Belgium, near Antwerp, not Brussels, all the smokers I know get theirs either in Duty Free or from Spain. There are shops in Brussels but nobody I know raves about them.
