Hey folks, for all the greater boston/NH area folks, this weekend in Merrimack NH, is the 3rd annual Rotary Rib Fest.
I am planning on being there, there is supposed to be a guest appearence from The_Eye.

Hop a flight, I'll pick you up at the airport.
I'll make sure that plenty is consumed in your name as well as a couple cigars.
Next year, I plan to compete in some of the local competitions, building the team and mobile pit now.

You will have to let me know how you do when you start competing. I want to build me a big AZZ Pit on a trailer to do the same, that would be nice. Take some pics of your mobile pit when your finished, I would like to see them.

The rotary club is one of the biggest sponsers, hence they get to put their name on it.

The Rib Fest was damn successful, pretty good turn out inspite of the heat and humidity.
Company was great, Cigars were great, BBQ was great, what more could you ask for.
Saturday's venture out really settled it in my mind that I am building a portable pit and competing next year.
