What's everyone cooking & eating today ?? A standing rib roast is just about ready to go in the oven with a Sweet Potato and a Broccoli Cassarole, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Greek salad and a whole table full of desserts. Good thing I'm off tomorrow !!

We had the family over yesterday and had the Rib Roast too.

Today is a day to relax and unwind. back to work tomorrow.
