Well I am on the road again the begining of February and will be spending a few days in Dayton Ohio. Can anyone suggest a decent place to enjoy a cigar there? Have they passed a smoking law there yet?

Sorry they passed the law, now weather they inforce it is different. I know The Warf in bevercreak ohio across from fairfield commons mall.

No you can smoke in public but it must be 15-20 feet from any public building. And you can't smoke in bars,clubs dining establishments etc... The Warf is actually a smoke shop for pipe and cigar smokers.
