Hit Shelly's Back Room on G St between 12th and 13th. My office is next to the WH and Shellys is my friday lunch spot. Great food, great people, great cigars. I assume you're staying at the Willard or the Hotel Washington? Shelly's is about a two block walk away. You should also visit Curtis Draper Tobacconist on 14th Street (right around the corner from the hotel.) Google search both and you'll see they are pretty special places.
