Steamed Alaskan snow crab, grilled Maine lobster, and pan seared sea scallops, with new potatoes and a strong and proper beer.
Now THAT's good heaven.

I don't cook - except pork bbq on skewers. People say it's so yummy you may mistakenly eat your fingers with it. No sauce needed (and actually, it is rarely served).
Otherwise, I love seafood...

Homemade BBQ sauce, cooked low and slow. Sweet Potato french fries, coleslaw, fried pickles, biscuits with cream cheese and hot pepper jelly, and a cold pale ale.
Man this thread is making me hungry.

Ive got some lamb chops and pork chops marinating in jerk sauce for after my tattoo session im thinking spicy wedges with it and a couple of bottle of red stripe to wash it down.
Made my current favorite last night. A chicken lasagna with an alfredo sauce and with lots of prosciutto mixed in. A Guiness would have been great too, but I was sipping SoCo instead.

You just made me want to fake sick so I could go home and do that.
Its only 9:30 here but a cold red stripe sounds good.
You doing the tatooing or being tatooed?
I was being tattooed did 3 hours to finish my sleeve a fair bit of it was on the inside of my elbow not a nice place to be worked on. The cold red stripe is feeling very good right now.
Omelets are the only thing I make really well. I make one with taylor ham, cheese, onions, and peppers that is really good. My other favorite is with lox and onions.
