You can't smoke in the Forum Shops anymore so that might leave Joe's out. I do on the other hand recommend going to Joe's to eat, being that they have their never frozen KING crab legs right now (and trust me its worth it)!
I would say got to Smith and Wollensky's because the steaks are great and you can sit out on their patio that faces the strip. There is a smoke shop next door to the restaurant, but has a poor selection. Bring your own sticks, enjoy the scenery, and the steaks.
And if you don't like any of my advice, you can click on the side bar of this site and search the restaurants section (Just type "Las Vegas," but mind you that some of the information is dated so I advise calling ahead):
Del Frisco's used to be a great place to eat and enjoy a cigar......no more! Steaks are still good but if a place serves food, no smoking is allowed. Gallaghers at NYNY serves a mean huge steak, Mortons is good quality, depending on the side dishes and drinks it runs around $75 per. One more place that is excellent is Lawry's PrimeRib, not steak as in NY Strip but a very nice place to dine out.

Generally, any place serving food other than packaged snacks must prohibit smoking. Some food-selling bars have enclosed their smoking areas, but patrons must carry the food into the rooms themselves.
Well, I read alot about where you can't smoke, how about the names of places, other than the casino floors, where one can smoke? I will be in LV next week and was planning on spending an evening in Del Frisco's smoking lounge until I read these posts. Would anyone care to share their favorite spot in Las Vegas to enjoy a fine cigar and beverage?
I was there in October. Downtown, the Chicago Brewing Co. at the Four Queens has managed to keep food and smoke. The bartender told me teh health dept. considers them part of the casino.
Napoleons cigar bar at the Paris still permits smoking and offers pricey cocktails and plush seating. But no food is sold now.
Some of the casino lounges on the main floors may still be allowed to have food.
For what it's worth, the law is not well enforced in areas such as hotel bathrooms, lobbys and shopping plazas.
DC Judge: the answer is pretty much at least the places I frequent while there, crap I found myself looking around to make sure I didn't damage anyone with my smoke....but there's still a ray of sanity, here's couple of places you might enjoy on the strip.
Caesars Palace forum shops contains the "Casa Fuente". You can smoke there to your hearts content and drink from a well stocked bar. It was packed like sardines in a can for the Big Smoke Friday and Saturday Nights but the girls tending the tables said it wasn't that way all the time.
Napoleans in the Paris Casino has a great piano bar and cigar smoking is still allowed and again a superior but understandably pricey bar as MRM says above. Two nice places to enjoy a stick or two!

I'll second the notion on Casa Fuente! Coupled with that, the drinks were reasonable, especially some of the high end scotch/bourbon.

Ruth Chris's SteakHouse used to have a seperate room for cigars. Cost an arm and a leg to eat there though.
...cool place, just for cigars and relaxing is the Pheasant off of Sahara, close to the Palace Station. ..hey.. it's right next to an INN n Out.. Mmmmm... best fry's in town!
None of the high end LV steakhouses allow smoking. Pretty much every place that serves food has gone 100% smoke free everywhere in the restaurant. Once in awhile you'll find a place that has split the bar from the eating area (Remedy's), or moved the smoking outside to a patio ( Havana Grill). I personally avoid the strip like the plague, but I haven't heard of anything there that falls into the above categories.
Needless to say the smoking ban killed the after dinner cigar. I think I'm going to open a cigar lounge next door to all the steakhouses in Vegas : )

Well, that's just terrible news! I'm going to be in LV for 6 days beginning of next month. And I was going to make it a point to eat a fat steak, and smoke a fine cigar at the table. I see it's been mentioned that there are bars that allow smoking, but frankly, I'd rather not share that space with cigarette smokers. While I enjoy cigar smoke, cigs make me wretch, and I'm an ex-cig-smoker!
Smartman, consider me an investor in your lounge.
