My brother was in town and he wanted to hook up at the Bar B Barn.

That's ribs. Big, greasy, fatty ribs that you need a half hour with a toothpick after!

Quality does not occur by chance. It is the result of intelligent activities.

hey QM.. if you want kick ass ribs, and I mean KICK ASS ribs... the kind that blow Bar B Barn out the door, you should check out a place called FIREGRILL. it's next to the guzzo theater in ville st. laurent, right across of Place vertu...

BEST baby back ribs ever..... after eating there, all other ribs taste very blah.....

Kind of off post but the trend of calling chicken wings, "Buffalo wings" or with "Buffalo sauce".
Here in Buffalo we call them Chicken wings or just wings. We order them hot, medium or mild and well done. No dipping sauce, just blue cheese.

okay to get kickass ribs you got to cook them right with the right seasonings

smoking ribs is a great way to cook them usually you'll smoke them with hickory wood

the best homemade food made by you can taste 100 times better than resteraunt food since youre the one who made it

Ribs smoked with hickory wood are incredible, and when they're done right and not rushed are my favorite meal.

Here in Pittsburgh only restaurants call them Buffalo wings, everyone else just calls them wings.

yeah in missouri we call em wings

not buffalo wings just wings

yeah smoking ribs is easy to do but rushing the process ruins the flavor

also a good dry rub before smoking with some pepper salt meat tenderizer and any other seasoning you like can increase the flavor and make good ribs amazing

Buffalo wings were originaly called "Buffalo", not because of the sauce used, but because of where they were invented....Buffalo, NY.

However, they are just "wings" to me....doesn't matter what you put on 'em...just wings.
