It has been standing up for at least the past 20+ years. Is it drinkable?
Would there be a market for this? If so, how much ?
I would assume that its as drinkable as any Chivas would be. After whisky is bottled, the ageing just about completely stops. As far as the cork (is it?) drying out, while standing upright, it could happen, but you'll have to taste test to find out. As far as a market for this bottle, I'm sure someone might know better than I.
