...Having some as I write. I uncorked the white sweet one first, and it is especially nice. The sweetness is excellent. I don't drink a lot of wine, but I am enjoying this one. This should go really well with a nice mellow smoke like a CC SLR or a RAG.
I gifted one to my son-in-law and daughter and am waiting for the report back on their impression of it. The white has no wine aftertaste and is very light so it is pretty easy going down. Probably a low in acidity product. This is some really good stuff Raven.
I still intend on sending you a little trinket of appreciation, its not much, just something to show friends and put a smile on your face. Time allowing I will send it this coming week. Thanks again for the vino my friend.....take care...... and have a Merry Christmas!!

I am glad you liked it my friend. This is a truly Southern wine made from native grapes the muscadine. It was not that expensive you dont owe me another package.

Do you sell any muscadine wine? I wonder if it is even available where you live? I plan to grow some one day. We have wild muscadines here too and when I go hiking in late summer I always look for them and love eating them off the vine.

We do have many vineyards all over the area but I have never heard of muscadine grape so I would venture to say very doubtful. There are some premium wines grown in this neck of the woods, they have gotten lots of play because of several episodes of Friends and Seinfeld or Will & Grace having them on their programs. Funny all these vineyards are occupying field after field of wildgrass and little stubby trees or any number of weeds that used to grow there about 20 years ago.

SpankyDank,

Not sure I never heard of Mustang grapes. I looked it up on the net and from the pic it looks like a muscadine grape. Here is an artical on muscadines:
