check the actual temp of your oven and make sure to get a bird with a popping timer and you'll be fine

1) Follow the instruction on the wrapper. B) Buy a turkey baster. (the thing that looks like a giant eyedropper) 3) Take a pint of Apple juice and squirt it, in many locations, under the skin. Let it soak in overnight. D) Stuff whole carrots, celery, onions inside the turkey. Salt and pepper everything. About every half hour baste the turkey with the juice in the bottom of the pan. 5) Cook it slowly at the recommended temp and watch for the red plunger to pop up. When it does: F) Lay thick strips of bacon over the turkey until they are crisp. And you are done.
