While having "smoked" about North America one does not truly realize the amount remnants left behind in the body until they have consumed an adequate amount of Palinka...
A natural-yeast fermented-distilled-beverage made from fruits with the most common being plums...
This medicinal-beverage takes out what the beer and vodka left behind especially when made by a Medical Physician at The Cottage out at Lake Balaton...
No more "sweats" on The Intercontinental Flights between NAFTA & The European Union...
Sincerely,
Emperor Jedi Sir Christopher Alan Green Esquire/CoCo Chanel (Empress), Intergalactic Vampire Master Accountant/Hawthorne Boarding School Coptic Nurse. picbeer@yahoo.ca

Try Romanian Palinka. It gives you hair on your chest. I had some on a tour of a monastery in Brasov and the monk kept saying, keeps you warm for prayers.

Well, I've not had the Hungarian version, but I fondly remember being in what was then Yugoslavia some years ago imbibing the local version, slivovitz. At that time, at least, it afforded the cheapest drunk known to man!

Yeah Romanian Palinca is strong stuff I was over there for College. Also the Bulgarian's drink something called Rakie or Raquie not sure how to spell it that's bad stuff also. Breakfast consists of a few shots and a slice of uncooked smoked bacon lol. Thats like 1000 calories !
Pálinkás jó reggelt. Translation: Good morning with pálinka.
You have to love a country where it is not uncommon to take a shot of hard liquor first thing in the morning to "aid your digestion". I had not been able to do this since college without feeling like a lush.
I remember in Romania visiting a 14th century monastery and as we entered the sanctuary a brother gave us a shot of Palinka and said "to keep you warm through yur prayers" they also put a big bottle on the table with lunch.
