First.....I hope everyone has a great labor day week-end Big Grin. I Have the smoker fired up today with a 15lb brisket with a side of rib-eye wraps getting happy as we speak. The brisket will be on for about 12 hrs and will be ready around 7pm tonight. Until then....plenty of drinks and smokes with a side of Texas Holdem this afternoon...... Wink Wink

Have a great one Big Grin Big Grin

James...the brisket sounds good.
O-man....Hope you shake the cold quickly. There's nothing worse to spoil a holiday.

The local cigar shop owner is having customers and friends over for a lasagne dinner this evening, with plenty of smokes.

James, how did your brisket turn out? Mine came out great...so did the pork loin i smoked as well. It's time to build that competition smoker and start garnering prizes for all this good meat that I smoke.

The cigars were nice sunday too. La Flor Dominicana Double Ligero, and an Opus X <all though I still don't get all the hype about the X>.
