No indoor smoking allowed in the city area. Some places allow you to smoke on the patio, but you might want to ask before lighting up. Vancouver is NOT a cigar friendly city.
If you go to Vancouver, check out a restaurant called Joe Fortes. It is a high-end seafood restaurant, that has a beautiful outdoor patio, coupled with a fireplace. The main reason for this patio,is to accommodate its cigar smoking customers. Checkout Gas-town,it is an area right on the water in downtown Vancouver. It has approximately 6 nice cigar shops, full of fine Cuban cigars.

Actually the area is called the Okanogan. It is approximately 250 miles east of Vancouver. And it is a beautiful lush valley full of beautiful lakes, and some very nice vineyards. It is kind of like the Napa Valley in California. British Columbia vineyards are now producing world renowned wines. If you ever get it a a chance to go there, do it. Beautiful vineyards are plentiful, and lots of recreational lakes.

...why would you want to spend your time and money in a politically-correct locale, such as Vancouver, that is hostile to cigars?????...., go where you can relax, be yourself, and enjoy a good cigar without harassment....life is too short to do otherwise
