Hey guys,

Very sad news..... I believe the box is gone... He hasn't returned any of my calls or emails... He also keeps loging on to cA, as to say F You, Yeah I stole the Box! The address that he has given appears to be not his...

[deleted]

Someone by the name of [deleted] lives there... maybe a friend or girl friend age 34. Can't get the phone number, yet.

I tried to give him the benifit of the doubt. Very wrong, very wrong indeed.

I will be going to the local police and post office tomorrow to file the nessary reports. That way I can contact the brimfield police dept and a lawyer in that area. In this state any theft of over $250 dollars is considerd a felony. The box has always been insured for $300. I hope Ohio has the same law.

Even if the box is returned, I will still press charges. He has probably ruined, damaged, destroyed, smoked, wiped his ass with them... Remember, cigars are a perishable item. Even if he returns them now, they will be tainted in some way...

Any one have any suggestions? This whole thing has been very troubling and sad to me... My beloved cigars stolen by a low life thug with NO HONOR... You do something nice and what do you get? out over $300 dollars in cigars...

being out the money is not a big deal, having "my cigars" which I love, in the hands of someone that does this, is...

Rhino, you're doing the right thing by contacting the authorities to pursue this matter, but please don't post someone's address and/or phone number here.

David - Perhaps in good spirit you, as moderator, might
come up with a way to weed out those who might come to
be known as shady. They only fill out another application
and come back on under a new screen-name. There must be something in the way of a security feature you might be
able to implement?

hey, how about an update, any news rhino?

People aren't smoking cigars to be trendy, cool or stylish. They're smoking cigars because they like them. Because they enjoy the experience. Because for about $5 they can spend an hour sampling one of life's greatest luxuries.
