Just got back from the Big Smoke NYC. Great event, but...for most of us, it takes longer to get into the city than the event itself. (I'm just 120 miles from NYC but it was an 11-hour round trip -- including the event!)
What if you increased ticket prices to $250, deceased the number of attendees and lengthened the event by 1 hr?
OR -- what if you appointed a locals to stage their own sanctioned events in second tier cites like Allentown, Scranton, Syracuse, Richmond, Chapel Hill, Buffalo, Manchester, Providence, Grand Rapids, etc. so more people could show up for a scaled-down event without sacrificing nearly half a day for the trip?
