Can we impose a fixed post-count number one would have to achieve to veiw the cigar trading forum? Its really annoying when people come in and ask to trade expensive stuff on their first post. The current "Winston Churchill said" topic is a perfect example... That really needs to stop these people are obnoxious.

How about a fixed number to start a thread instead. I don't have a lot of posts but I have dealt in the forum already. I knew I would have to be the first sender before I ever made contact.

That is definitely resonable. The way it is now just creates problems and fires people up

I dont do a lot of trading but I agree that it would be a nuisance to deal with people like that.

personally I don't really care, i think people here knows well enough to not bother with those people. We only respond to either tell them it won't happen or they are idiots. I think there are plenty of members that have proven themselves with only less than 200 posts and we all know who they are.

i disagree with having a post count req of any type in the trading forum...Im pretty sure most of my first posts came in that forum...esp the noob PIF. Most people dont pull the stupid stuff in the forum but there will always be an exception...
