A correction should be pointed out that Pen-Top
Bar & Terrace has closed and has become Salon de Ning since May 2008.Not sure if cigar smoking are still allowed.

" . i put two boxes of cigars on the window sill and voila, the cigars became, well, "plump" within a few days. so far the plump damp cigars smoke "better" than the cool dry ones "

Cigar smoking is still allowed.
I was there last month . Not only did we smoke cigars but our waiter gave my father (if I remember correctly) a Hoyo Excalbur Legend because we were celebrating his birthday.

You're right--it's now Salon de Ning. We confirmed with the hotel that smoking is still allowed in a portion of the rooftop space.

Correction being made. Thanks.

It would be great if you included a simple list in the article of places that allow smoking.

In the magazine article you'll see a handy map of the city, plus the listing you mentioned.

Your shameless sense of entitlement has prompted us to indulge you. If you scroll down in the article, you'll see that the word "map" links you to a list and a map. Hope it helps.

Well if that's the case, I would like a free sample of the cigars you rate in each issue so I can compare your ratings with mine. Wink

But really, thanks for the list.
