Hey folks, I am new to the cigar addiction (love it so far). I have what is probably a dumb question regarding ratings. Are the cigar ratings for a particular size of a cigar or for a line of cigars (ie; R&J Reserva Real corona or R&J Reserva Real)? Please forgive me if this is obvious to everybody else. Thanks
There is no such thing as a dumb question. Unless it is, "should I really be eating meat?" or perhaps, "don't you think Hillary Clinton would make a great president?" or maybe...ok, never mind about the no dumb question thing. But your question wasn't dumb though.

The cigars are rated per specific brand AND size usually. If you go to some other sites you can find reviews for a particular brand and you will notice the grades differ for the varying sizes, sometimes significantly.

You forgot the famous "Can anyone give me a source to buying CC's?" Always love reading the responses to that one!

Thet are rated by brand and size. For example a Monte #4 is going to taste different than a Monte #2 because of the amount of tobacco you can roll into each cigar.
