At the two stores I go to between cleveland and toledo I'm never really watched, i'm only asked if i'm looking for something specific. If i say "no just looking" they let me be until i come up to the register. I enjoy taking my time and feeling like if i need help i can get it but without the feel of a babysitter.

The store owners need to keep an eye but i think they can get a good judge on who is trustable and who is not (at least at the stores i shop at).
