Have you heard that Gov. Schwarzenegger vetoed an attempt to remove most of the few loopholes in California's smoking ban: small workplaces, warehouses, hotel lobbies (although I've never seen smoking in a hotel lobby there), and owner-operated bars?

I'm glad. I've visited several owner-operated bars when in San Francisco and the L.A. and San Diego areas.
