CA seems to be down a lot lately, and my user preferences are lost, as I cannot get access to Cigar Insider.

Are you updating the site, or server, or did James smoke in the server room again and set the water sprinkler system off?

The main site is off line right now due to maintenance. Our forums run off a different server, which is why you can view the forums, but not Cigar Insider or other parts of www.cigaraficionado.com.
Like many things, this was supposed to be fixed quickly, but it's turning out to be more complicated than expected. Sorry about the inconvenience. We hope to have the pages up again soon.

Deployment plans, test plans, and roll back plans can be complicated. Good thing your site does not support an internationally recognizable brand name or is relying on revenue from your web site traffic.

I am sure all 10 of us CA site users can find something else to do for a few daysWink
