Will the next Cigar Insider be out this week or next? I read a couple of the front page articles that referred to the next issue and was wondering when it would be out?

Thanks

There's a typo in the April 8th CI. The Rocky Patel Torpedo is described as a robusto.

Hey David, nice issue and I could give a crap whether it says the torpedo is a robusto.

Sometimes when you're checking and rechecking an issue for mistakes you miss one that's right in front of your face. Thanks for pointing that out. We're going to correct it and upload the corrected pdf this morning.

I missed it as well... Smile

On the other hand - thanks for including the previews from the mag. This was a good issue, with more info than most.

Thank you.

So many cigars, so little time...

I'm glad you all enjoyed the issue. As to the previews, Cigar Insider always has the preview of ratings from Cigar Aficionado. Since CA is published every two months, and CI is published twice a month, every fourth issue of CI has a preview of top-scoring cigars from the upcoming CA. In addition, each issue has tastings you won't find in CA.

The more frequent addition of the box date is nice for the Cuban cigar reviews...I think it's a very important piece of information.

I also noticed that the recommendations to Smoke/Hold were removed. The reviews still sometimes state that a particular stick will be good to age, but not always. Just wondering why the Smoke/Hold recommendation was removed?
