I have a box from Hoyo de Monterrey de Jose Gener Habana special Selections for J. Edgar Hoover. This might be a good story and picture for you magazine the cigar inside has a j. Edgar Hoover custom wrapper over a cuban wrapper, most likely for importing purposes and the box looks like a book. Might be an interesting story of the head of the C.I.A at the time importing Cuban cigars with his label over cuban labels. If interested I will send you pictures and tell you how my family obtain this little bit of history.

He was chief of the FBI (not the CIA) and they're most probably pre-embargo cigars, so Cuba was still capitalist at the time...
