Exactly, he might like the torpedo and hate the belicoso. He can't know until he tries them. The flavor profile is probably different. Buying a entire box of cigars is never a good idea unless you try a few first. Granted, with CC's this is difficult. Maybe when you're in Puerto Rico you can sample a few authentic CC's.

I usually try a 5er before I buy a box.

I tried a 5er of the SerV Doble Robusto and bought a box based on my tastes.

The ser V is one hell of a good smoke.

I have been trying each size of this cigar and like them more and more. I might have to pull the trigger eventually and buy a box.

Overrated in my book 90 rating to me. The Lancero I feel is a better smoke! But we all have different tastes.

gonna agree with Tank on this one

I've smoked a couple of these within the past few weeks. While I thought they were good smokes, I didn't see them as a 93 or 94. I would buy these in singles but would not spring for a box.
