1) The ability to recommend or report individual posts, and to see a running tally of recs and be able to sort by number of recs. Also each member could recommend or report a post only one time, thus giving an accurate tally of group sentiment. This would help everyone flag valuable rec'd posts, and also help the administrators find the most "reported" posts and posters, to help in site administration.
The current rating system on the site is bewildering and basically useless. It's one of the worst I've seen in nearly any forum, and this site should be better than that.
2) The ability to block or set parameters to "ignore" some posters from your individual view whose posts you want to avoid seeing. If this is already possible to do I haven't found where I can use that option.

How about following web standards? Alot of the fancy javascript stuff is written only for IE, and doesn't work in Firefox, or other browsers for that matter.
"There are very few personal problems that cannot be solved through a suitable application of high explosives."
That was a question? I thought it was a punchline!
