I paid for my Cigar Aficionado subscription 4 months ago.

Apparently the only way to communicate to the subscription dept is via email I have a long string of emails explaining that I will be receiving my copy shortly. Most recently on October 9, I was assured I would have the September/October issue in 4-5 business days. It is now October 22, still no sign of the September/October issue!!!!!!!

Well its almost time for the November/December issue anyway, not that I will receive that either.

Can you please help!!!!!!

I have been a subscribers for 4 years and have not gotten a magazine this year on time. I rather just buy it two weeks earlier than wait. I probably will cancel my subscription unless they e-mail me otherwise.

Well, at least you get the reply from CS dept. Not it seem they don't even bother writing back.

Service around here has gone to the dogs. Is it possible a subscription could be classified as a dog rocket?
