O Man -- There is no probable cause issue with employers. Probable Cause and 4th Amendment only apply to the government. Now as to working conditions, those are subject to employer/employee contract and collective bargainng where applicable. Businesses can prohibit customers and employees from bringing certain things onto the remises as a condition of access to private property. When big government can't make a rule they get others to do so with incentives. Legislation without representation is tyranny by any other name
Good people sleep at night knowing there are rough men ready to do violence on their behalf

Where's the legality to the smoking bans being inforced across this country? Who's to say that smoking is worse than say McDonalds? Everytime we stand by and say nothing, our freedoms become more and more erroded. The time for apathy is gone, we need to stand up and let this country know that we will not stand to see any more of our freedoms be taken away.
