Is there any way that they could maybe allow us to use larger images? So far, none of the pics I've tried tp upload for my avatar have worked . Also, how do we know the pixel size of the image we're trying to upload?

I tried multiple times to upload numerous image files (gif, jpeg, tiff, bmp) in the correct size and couldn't get any of them to work...that function seems to still be broken/disabled.
So I tried the hosting option, which works fine...as you can see to the left...and the file size doesn't matter. That file is 18x34. It renders as 48x48 on CA, but that isn't the size of the hosted file.

A smaller file is no problem you just can't go bigger. 48x48 is just the max size that your pic can be. I personally think they outta let us ise 64x64 or 100x100 since they're the most common.
