I have enjoyed CA for a number of years now. I attended my first Big Smoke in NYC a few years back and then last year attened the entire Big Smoke Weekend in Las Vegas. I had the time of my life. The seminars were interesting and engaging and I loved the special addition cigars we smoked. Then meeting some of the Cigar Superstars was just icing on the cake.
The only downside for me is the cigar evening events that are included in the package. I think they are great for the casual smoker. However, for some one that has developed their likes and dislikes, you end up recieving a lot of "giveaway" quality cigars.
So I wish you guys would setup the Big Smoke Vegas a la carte style. Just like you can opt to do the Big Smoke evening without the seminars, you should be able to do the opposite as well. I have no problem traveling from Philly to attend the BS seminars in Vegas but I feel like the BS evenings are a waste for me becuase of the level of cigars that the vendors giveaway.
I personally think this approach would boost overall attendance (year after year) for the seminar events. It would allow folks to attend and take advantage of the parts they really like. Just my two cents.
