I have been a subscriber for 4 years and have not gotten a magazine this year on time. Just got it today and would rather buy it two weeks earlier than wait. I probably will cancel my subscription unless they e-mail me otherwise.

Ditto here. CA is always on the shelf at my local shop weeks before I get mine.

It's a pain in the butt because I am tempted to peek in the hsop, but would rather be sitting down and reading it at home.

It seems to me we are penalized for subscribing!

Well, I logged on here to find out if the December issue had been mailed yet. I saw it at the cigar store today, with Bill Murray on the cover. Normally I would have had the issue in the mail by now. Where can I inquire as to its whereabouts?

Thank you!

I am going to cut a paste my inquiry here and e-mail it directly to them. I suggest you guys do the same and we can post if and when we get a reply as to what they have to say about it. If no one complains nothing will ever be done and we are the ones making all the upfront money for them through our subscriptions.

I received an e-mail telling me that I was given a gift subscription. This was the first week in November. I came to this site to see if I could determine when I would be getting my first issue. I discovered that although I have yet to receive my first copy of the magazine, my subscription ends August 1. How is this possible? Should I contact the person who bought this for me and tell him to get in touch with his credit card company to dispute the charges?

my deliveries have been inconsistent as well. however, i'm pretty sure i got my latest CA w/ Bill Murray on the cover more than a week ago, which seems to be really early compared to some of you guys. weird.

CA just e-mailed me back stating that the issue should have been available for sale on the 7th, however I have seen it out earlier than that in the cigar stores. Despite wether they are selling them earlier or not, my issue is that as a subscriber we should be the ones getting our magazine earlier or at the very least on time.

I always get mine a couple of weeks before the the month of the issue date. Never a problem.

What state do you live in? Are you a friend of Marvin's? Cause I live in NY and I have not gotten an issue this year on time along with many others.

I haven't received mine yet either. The smoke police may have intercepted the issue.

how about a little customer service... (say it with me Cigar Aficionado) I'm sorry for the huge embarrasing inconvienence our company has bestowed upon you... we'll do everything in our power to keep you as a customer. we will reimburse you and see to it that you get the full 6 issues, whenever that may be.

but it's actually like...we don't care when you get your issues or IF you get your issues. we have your money. so don't bother calling as we will not return calls or emails. thank you sucker!!
