Has anyone else had problems subscribing to the Cigar Afficionado magazine?

My wife tried back in August, but although her card was debitted she's heard nothing since - and the mag hasn't been hitting the doormat.

Not possible to contact anyone via email so we're a little annoyed!

Has anyone succesfully received their subscription?

Hey, I have been a subscriber for two years and as far as customer service, follow up, and getting your subscription on time, they are terrible. I will probably not renew my subscription again and just buy of the shelf and get it sooner than if it was mailed to me. Good luck, your going to need it.

Hey everybody.
I have the problem too. At our store they suddenly stopped selling the magazine, because the dealer does not deliver it. In the store they said that quite some customers were asking for the CA and are angry.
I would like to subscribe to CA and for international subscriptions you need credit card which I don't have because I am a student. I wrote an e-mail to CA one month ago about my problem and no reply. I don't understand. Not even a simple reply. What kind of customer service this is? I HATE arrogant customer service departments!!!

I had a subscription for several years without problems. (sorry guys). BUT, I've cancelled and have been without for a couple now. my reason is, everything in there is for the wealthy. nothing for us average middle class people. (other than the smokes). I got sick of seeing the million dollar cars, planes, $4500 watches, zillion dollar yachts, etc. they aslo cut the number of "out of the humidor" letters from us average folk.

CA, (if you read this), let's not be so hoity toity with the mag, I'll bet most of your readers can't afford these things.

this magazine should be more about cigars and less about the rich!!! then maybe I'll subscribe again.
