I agree with you, Mudville9. It would be very interesting see not just famous people in the cover but someone who contributed with cigar industry and/or cigar "development" (like the rollers). The first name I can wonder is Min Ron Nee althought his Encyclopaedia is kind of hard to find in English. Anyway, he is just an example. The big issue is that we are talking about business. A cover of a bi-monthly magazine with a lot of major advertisers can be a delicate matter, I guess. Just my opinion, maybe there were lots of covers like this before and I don't know.
