Free box from CA arrived a few weeks ago. This is a pretty good smoke. If I rated it via their system it would probably get an 84 or 85. They are just a little to flavorless for my tastes. 2/3 of the smoke tastes like nothing. The flavors are great but it takes forever for them to build up. After 4 inches of fluff it finally starts to get really good. I think that I would like the robustos a lot more. As for the flavors, it is a sweet spicy mild cigar IMO. I wasn't able to discern any particular flavors and there was little complexity. On the good side though, it burned dead even down all of its 7 inches. That is an accomplishment in itself.
I'd have to agree although I'd rate them a little higher, maybe 87-88. It is pretty mild, and like pmpimbura said the flavors do take a while to build up. I still thought it was a really good smoke though (good enough in fact that I have a box on the way) and it's cheap. I found my box for $86, to me, they're well worth the price. The consturction is great an burn was flawless. Oh hell, I'm gonna write a real review.

These cigars are made flawlessly. The wrapper is silky to the touch and has a bit of tooth to it. The construction is solid. Even the H.Uppmann band is a good looking accent on this stick.
Flavor (20 of 25)
The flavors in this cigar are there but you sure have to be patient. It's a pretty mild cigar, mild-medium bodied I'd say. The smoke is creamy and thick with a slight sweetness but that's about it for the 1st half. The 2nd half of the stick shows more of the cedar spice that is typical of a Cameroon wrapper.
Smoking Characteristics (23 of 25)
IMO, this is one of the strongest points of this cigar. It lit effortlessly and smoked evenly all the way down. The smoke was never even warm, it stayed very cool throughout. It held a nice ash that was firm and white. The draw was lush and full, but not loose, and produced clouds of smoke. Near perfect.
Overall Impressions (31 of 35)
Overall this was a good cigar. It's not going to make you dump your Cubans or high end NC's but, it is good. Its strongest points are its construction and appearance which are both flawless. The flavors it has are good when present. It doesn't have much spice, but it is very creamy and slightly sweet. I was also amazed at how short the finish of this cigar is. I liked it, and would recommend them.
Total Score - 88
Guess my original estimate was pretty close.

How is the H. Upmann Vintage Cameroon Robusto compared to the Cameroon Churchill which you smoked? Does the Robusto size taste better than the Churchill? What can you tell me about the H. Upmann Vintage Cameroon Robusto? Is it the "EXACT SAME" cigar as the Churchill? Are there any differences in its taste from the Churchill size one? I would like to know because I ordered a 5 pack of these particular cigars in the Robusto size (5" x 52).
I had a corona today (thanks Idesign) that beat the crap out of the churchill size. The churchill size leaves you searching for flavor. The corona size condenses it for you nicely.

Never had a Corona or a Robusto but, the Belicoso and the Toro sizes are my favorites of the line. The box of Churchills I smoked I liked, but they are pretty mild so if you don't like a mild-medium bodied smoke it's not for you. To me, they were a great change of pace as they have good flavors and excellent construction. With the Churchill though, time was always an issue. I think you'll enjoy those Robustos.

No problem PMP, see what I mean about the corona? The flavor is much more pronounced and sharp. I haven't tried the beli, but I bet it's pretty good as well.
