After my seething report on the Gran Magus, I was offered a few different Magus to try.

I'm not sure of the frontmark, but it was roughly toro size.

After poking and prodding the construction, I found it to be well costructed. Until I damaged the wrapper at the cap. My fault.

Cap cut well. Pre light draw was excellent.

First draws were heavy tobacco taste, which subsided quick. Aroma quite pleasant, and high volume of smoke. The cigar opened up to cedar and spice, a lot of creaminess. It kept the spicy taste all the way. I like that. On to leathery and back to cedar.

Burned even and slow. It took quite some time to finish. I would not hesitate to have another. I am not saying this just because it was a gift. I really liked it. I think the Blonde Bombshell liked the blue label as well.

Thank you, Paul, for your generosity.
