Picked up a couple of these at a smoke shop near Dahlgren, VA. The owner recommended them, I was a bit skeptical, seeing as how I'm not really open to try new things. Best 5 dollar cigar I've bought in awhile.

Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.
I happen to like the Lot 23's myself. Bought a box a while back and generally have one when I can't decide what to smoke. :-) Being the sentimental sap that I am, I like the fact that my box was aged from 2002-2005 which were the years I attended law school. Makes for a nice story, IMO.
BTW, welcome to the boards. Are you a VA native or a Navy man, or both?
Cheers!

I'm originally from Southern California, joined the Navy and got sent on shore duty to Dahlgren. Not a bad gig, I like the place.
Yea I've been looking for a place to learn more about cigars; figured this would be the place to come to. I don't know a whole lot about cigars, but I know I like the 23's and the Padron Anniversary 64's. Read up all the Cigar 101 stuff today too. A lot of interesting information.
