i tried one of these beauties today for the first time..... right out of the box too. it was pretty good, if you are a maduro fan. and the price is very reasonable. i dont know why i havent tried one of these sooner. it is as well constucted as all the other oliva smokes ive had, but not as strong. i bet after a few months of hybernation.... this will be a kick azz cigar.

They are very very good. A nice everyday smoke for a maduro lover.

Have you had Padron maduros or a Torano Exodus Gold yet?

I think I have one of the torps resting in my humi. I'm going to leave it there for a while before I smoke it. Charloods, deffinately try those Torano Exodus Golds. My two favorite vitolas are the Robusto or the Torpedo. I'm pretty sure Cigars International has 5-packs of them for like $19 and $21 respectively. Check it out cause they're one hell of a smoke. If you're liking maduros and haven't tried them yet, give the Camacho SLR robustos a shot as well as the ERDM robusto/robusto largos. I've smoked a few of the robustos and tried my first robusto largo today and it was really good.

These are one of my all-time favorites, although I haven't had them for a while because I've been going to a shop that doesn't carry them. Planning to stock up on some within the next week.

Yes they are a very nice smoke with a good aroma. If you let them sit, they will be even better. That last box of Perfectos Idesign had were kinda young at first, but I got a couple from him. Smoked one about a month later and still have another in the humi.

If you like these you may also like the FDO Grand Cameroons. Seahawky got me hooked on these, I like them better than the Gran Maduro. They are on my list for next box.

Yep, the last box I bought was very young, but they are really coming around. Glad to hear that those I've sent them to enjoyed them. I think I ended up sending out about 3/4's of the box, lol......

Go Beavs!

I enjoyed the perfectos that Idesign sent me as well. They were very good especially at that price.

I just bought a box of the grand maduro perfecto's about three weeks ago, they're also pretty young tasting, but still a good flavorful stick, they stayed backordered for about 4 weeks, so i'm sure all the maduros are very young...I picked up some of the grand cameroons, figurado's, at nicks last month, man they are really nice, and i plan on that being a box purchase very soon...

Smoked my first Gran Maduro this afternoon, a Torpedo. It was a really good smoke. I thought the flavor profile was "similar" to the Padilla maddies without as much sweetness.

hey stogie, they're kinda odd looking, because the foot looks like a crude pigtail, but it's a big cigar, going on mememory here, but 6+,54rg, and has fabulous flavor...

Atlantic and Cheaper have them for about $45 a box. Cigars Int'l used to have them for even less, but they are out of stock it looks like.

Hope that helps,
Andy
