Second one of these that I've sampled. I paired it with lots of beer.

Nice presentation for a backwards ass cigar. The coffin is cool, the tissue paper wrapping the cigar is a nice touch, the ghetto band was calling my name. Clipped cleanly with my free Torano cutter (thanks Frankie!) and I lit the skinny end with my Bic non adjustable.

Draw was tight to start, which I experienced before and which everybody who ever smokes this cigar will experience because the skinny end is the foot and you're sucking out of the fat end. Takes about an inch to really get going. Nice, medium bodied smoke with lots of citrus notes. Burned perfectly, no touch-ups or re-lights. Agreeable flavor profile, earthy with citrus notes. I really like this cigar depsite the odd shape.

This is the sore dick among NC's. You can't beat it.

Peace.

Is this the 04 or 05? Just curious. I like em both pretty well. I have a few left from each year. I'm not going to be buying anymore for the price they are asking though. Around here they are like 15 bucks each.

Hey EP, you ever gonna hit me up on email like I asked...Whats taking so long a$$hole? I got a question for ya Big Grin

Cool If it was infused with Drew's essence it would have been a favorite.

Actually if its an amendment. Its a camacho liberty amendment 04. They stopped making them after that. Now they only roll the liberty 11/18.

pmp, this is why i asked, you had me confused, i thought the amendment was only from 04...i knew they hadn't come out yet for 05...so i didn't know if he was talking about an amendment or a liberty...

The liberty is the line of cigar by camacho. The amendment was one size. In 03 they made 3 sizes I think. In 04 they made 2, the amendment and the 11/18(not to be confused with the corojo 11/18). In 05 they only made the liberty in 1 size, the 11/18. So if you find a liberty amendment it is at least a year old. I don't know too many people who were sad to see the amendment go. It was an uncommonly large cigar. The 11/18 is much more pleasant.

I've never seen an 11/18. Only Amendments around here. Might have to arrange a swap.

Peace.

Jeepcop and someone else sent me 11/18 Liberties and Amendments in RATS. I've built up a nice little stash with those plus the handful I had. I smoked my last Corojo 11/18 this summer. These are all good cigars, up there with the holy Trinity of NC's; PAM, Opus, VSG.

Yes, they are limited production.

The Liberty had 5 sizes in 02, 1 size in 03, 2 sizes in 04 (11/18 and 12th Amend), and 1 size in 05.

Smoke it.
