Hey there everyone, I was wondering if I could get some feedback on personal opinions about this smoke. I am a seasoned smoker and do not normally smoke the lower end stuff. But I kept seeing these bands everywhere! so I had to try one. I must say, I was quite pleased I did. So lets hear it, don't make me feel like the lone cheap smoke lover...
As bundled cigars go, this is one of the best. I used to smoke the 10th Anniversary from time to time.
If you're getting them at a good price, great. If you're paying MSRP, why not move up to the Oliva Serie G, which is only a buck more per stick or less. Or the Serie O, which is around $5-$6 each. If you like the Oliva bundles I think you would love these.
Good to hear they're decent. I just got some in from C-Bid. Got a very good deal

Thank you for sharing glad to hear it. I am going to try my first tomorrow perhqaps. I won a 5 pack of the Robustos on C bid for 7 bucks don't think I can beat that. On a different note, I am not sure why there is a stigma toward "cheap cigars". As far as I am concerned we should ignore the price tags when giving reviews and comment on the cigars merits. I am victim of this as well as I feel pressure to get a higher priced cigar when going to the local shop to smoke and hang out for fear of being looked down upon. Is it just one of those male competition things women talk about ?

No. Most cigars under $4 are priced low because corners were cut somwehere.
However, there are some very good sticks for around $3: Gispert Maduro, VegaFina, Occidental Reserve, Saint Luis Rey and others.
And once you get up to $6 or so, there are literally dozens of great choices.
Then the law of diminishing returns kicks in with a vengence. For every worth-every-penny Tatuaje and Padilla and VSG and Padron there's an overpriced cigar like Dunhill, Davidoff, etc.
I say, smoke less but smoke better. You've already learned what it sometimes takes people years to learn: that price does not always equal quality. But then again, sometimes it does.
I Agree with the series G, but you could also spend $2 on a Punch Rothschild and enjoy a classic.
"Cuban seed tobaccos grown in Nicaragua and Cuba. The wrapper would be from Cuba. The binder leaves would be from Nicaragua. For the ligero tobacco in the filler, he would use two types, one from Esteli and the other from Jalapa in Nicaragua. The other filler components, seco and viso, would come from Cuba, the former from Villa Clara, the latter from Pinar del Rio. That Cigar, he says with pride, would score 100 points." -Don Pepin Garcia

I got a 5 pack of the Flor and was very happy with it for this price range. It packs a good amount of flavor and ever has a little kick to it.
I went and picked up a G at the local shop here and also enjoyed it, the box press was so square I thought it would bust but it had a nice silky light weight feel to it. You can not go wrong on these, especially if you get them on Cbid for even cheaper.
